Entertaining unit....butApr 18, 2009
By Charles G. Mocsiran Nice, entertaining unit...but make sure you have rechargeable batteries. Duracells lasted a bit over a week.
As for the unit, the degrees of difficulty make it a pleasure and a learning process. NY Times puzzles were always beyond my capability..until I started as a novice with this unit. I am slowly working my way up. I wish there was an AC adapter.
Very pleasedMar 29, 2011
By Donna I love this product. It goes with me everywhere. It is sturdy, has a nice case and is loads of fun. I like the automatic shut off, but wish it would wait longer before turning off. I highly recommend this game to all puzzlers.
Electronic crossword puzzleMar 07, 2011
By Stanley C. Westfall Am a bit of a crossword afficianado and in that regard, have owned a couple of the electronic types over the years. This one is about the best that I have seen. It has three levels of difficulty, very nice clarity resulting in an easily read screen, functions for solving a single letter, word, or if your frustration overcomes you, the whole puzzle. Comes in a nice carrying case with a stylus included. very good buy: quite easy at the lower end and rather challenging at the high level of difficulty. You`ll like it.
